Hello BTW68,
The Cookout Planning Committee met Friday to finalize the details of our upcoming event. Thank you to the eight classmates who attended the meeting. There were a few changes made to the previously discussed plans. Below is a recap of the plans.
APPRECIATION COOKOUT

BARRAUD PARK AT SHELTER #1
CLASSMATE REMINDERS
1. Please contact family and friends to inform them of the time and place of the cookout. Especially those who have supported us at our Scholarship Dances. Remind them to bring a lawn chair and bug spray.
2. Classmates are asked to be at the park by 10:00 AM to help set up.
3. Please wear your BTW68 apparel.
4. Each classmate is asked to please be a host or hostess during the cookout.
5. Classmates are asked to please remain afterwards to help clean up.
MENU and ITEMS for the COOKOUT
1.) The following will be purchased by the class:
a.) Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, and Hot Sausages (Rolls)
b.) Fried and Baked Chicken
c.) Fish (Oil and Meal Seasoning)
d.) Potato Salad
e.) Corn
f.) Baked Beans
g.) String Beans
h.) Chips
i.) Water
j.) Charcoal and Fluid
k.) Sterno
l.) Condiments and Paper Goods
2.) Classmates are asked to please bring a dessert, sodas, and a bag of ice. Please bring the packs of individually wrapped honey buns, twinkies, cookies, etc., for dessert.
