THE BTW CLASS OF 1968!!!
Dear Classmates and Friends!
Here are a few last minute details as we prepare to make our BLACK & WHITE DANCE successful for our guest, our deserving scholarship winner, BTW, and ourselves!!!
Points to remember:
* Remind your family and friends that they can receive invitations at the door
* We will meet at the hall at 1:00pm Sat. to decorate, reserve tables, and distribute invitations
* The buffet table will be supplied with
> paper products
> fried chicken, meatballs, ribs,
string beans, corn, baked beans,
potato salad, rolls, water
* Classmates are asked to bring desserts, both a 2 liter cola and ginger ale and any special dish you would like to add to the buffet (pasta, tuna, or chicken salads, greens, etc)
* Remind your guest to BYOB (liquor, beer, wine) The class will supply ice, cups, a cola & ale for each table. Munchies and additional soda and juice at individual tables is at you discretion!
* In order to ensure an enjoyable night for all, classmates, please come prepared to donate some time (as needed) at these duty stations:
hostess the greeting table, ice & cup station, set up & monitor the buffet table, and final clean up.
Remember.... EVERY GUEST IS BTW'68's VIP & WE STRIVE TO MAKE EVERY INDIVIDUAL KNOW JUST HOW IMPORTANT THEY ARE!!! SEE YOU ALL SATURDAY!!!!!
